Inspiration is derived from the Latin word βinspirareβ meaning to βbreathe into.β The feeling of being mentally stimulated to manifest what we want to create.
I get asked this a lot, and the truth is, I think itβs everywhere around us. Every little thing we do, see and experience each and every day stimulates us to be creative in life! Driving, work, shopping, exercising, movies, theatre, music; literally everything we do mentally stimulates our brains!

I turn my inspiration into writing; others may create music, movies, draw, dance or help them to work more creatively β think dress designers, artists and even surgeons. Inspiration can provide ideas and help solve problems or perhaps develop a brilliant invention β the manifestations are endless! π
Personally, everywhere I go, Iβm always watching and paying attention to whatβs going on around me. The beach, the park, restaurants, watching TV and reading books β yes, even when Iβm writing my own book, Iβm reading the books of others! π π€·βοΈ
So I guess I donβt really have the proper answer to this question, all I can truly say is that character names, places, storylines, plots and visualisations just seem to pop into my head, but Iβm convinced that they all come from daily inspiration! βπ» π
